Budget carrier IndiGo has launched its first sale of the year in which the airline is offering flight tickets from as low as ₹999 (all-inclusive fares) for domestic travel.

Budget carrier IndiGo has launched its first sale of the year in which the airline is offering flight tickets from as low as ₹999 (all-inclusive fares) for domestic travel. Bookings for IndiGo ₹999 flight ticket offer, which started on 20 January, will end today (22 January). IndiGo’s latest sale offer is valid for travel between 4 February and 15 April. “This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from Jan 20, 2020 up to 23:59 hours on Jan 22, 2020 (“Offer Period”) for travel between Feb 04, 2020 till Apr 15, 2020,” the carrier mentioned on its website.

IndiGo ₹999 offer is valid for flight bookings made through all channels during the offer period.

Under this offer, IndiGo is offering-

Delhi to Chandigarh flight tickets starting from ₹1202,

Delhi to Indore ( ₹1502),

Delhi to Lucknow ( ₹1502),

Delhi to Varanasi ( ₹2005),

Delhi to Ahmedabad ( ₹2002),

Delhi to Jodhpur ( ₹1937),

Delhi to Ranchi (1942),

Delhi to Hyderabad ( ₹2050),

Delhi to Raipur ( ₹2404),

Delhi to Udaipur ( ₹2353),

However the airline did not reveal the number of seats up for grabs under its new offer, “Limited inventory is available under IndiGo’s latest offer and therefore discounts will be provided to customer’s subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the airline,” noted IndiGo.

IndiGo said that this offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion, and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. The ₹999 flight ticket offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.

The domestic air passenger traffic in December 2019 increased by 2.56% to 1.30 crore compared to the same month in 2018, according to data released by the DGCA on Monday. The passenger load factors of all major airlines – Air India, SpiceJet, GoAir, IndiGo, AirAsia India and Vistara – declined in December 2019 as compared to November last year, as per the DGCA data.

The passenger load factor measures the seat capacity utilisation of the airline.

IndiGo maintained its lead position with 47.5% share of the domestic passenger market in December 2019, the data showed.
